Loretta Eldridge is a strategic marketer dedicated to building brands, driving engagement, and amplifying impact. With nearly two decades of experience in corporate marketing, she has led global teams in cannabis technology, commercial insurance, and publishing. 

Named one of Canada’s Top 50 Cannabis Heroes by High! Canada Magazine in 2020, she has also been a long-time advocate and volunteer in the non-profit sector.

Ann-Majella McKelvie plays a key role in developing, promoting, and managing the LevelUP and Start-up Visa Programs. She is committed to empowering tech entrepreneurs and SMEs by delivering impactful programming and ecosystem support. 

With expertise in project management, content development, and workshop facilitation, she ensures entrepreneurs have access to high-quality learning experiences.

Minahil Niazi is an experienced non-profit administrator, researcher, and civic engagement advocate specializing in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and policy research.

She oversees event planning, operational management, and partnerships, working to connect startups, industry leaders, and government agencies.
